Exhibitor Move-In/Out & Parking
The MBMTC 2024 Exhibit Hall will be in the Short North Ballroom on the second floor of the north section of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC). This is the same location as the 2023 Exhibit Hall. Please click HERE to view an area map detailing the conference location.
Move-In Schedule
The Exhibit Hall will be open to exhibitors for set-up Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 2-5 p.m., and will open to exhibitors again on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 7 a.m. All set-up should be completed by 8 a.m. , when the Exhibit Hall will open to attendees for the continental breakfast.
We encourage you to ship your booth materials to our show manager, Fern, who will deliver your items to your booth in the Short North Ballroom on Wednesday, Oct. 2. All freight must be received at the Fern warehouse by Monday, Sept. 30. Please consult your Fern OneView portal for more information.
If you are walking to the convention center from your hotel, you can use the entrance by the statue of Arnold Schwarzenegger, or the entrance at the north end of the convention center.
Exhibitor Load-In & Parking
If you are bringing your booth display and materials with your own vehicle, the GCCC offers three different options for move-in: load-in at the GCCC loading dock, load-in at the North Entrance Drop-Off, or load-in from your parking space in a GCCC garage or lot. Click HERE to view an area map detailing the conference these locations.
Load-In at the GCCC Loading Dock
Recommended for exhibitors with large cases and items. Load in at Loading Dock 19 in the back of the Convention Center. The address for the dock for electronic navigation is: 19 Columbus Convention Ctr. Dr. Click HERE to view an area map detailing this location.
Our show manager, Fern, will be present at the dock with carts to assist you with your materials on Wednesday afternoon from 2-5 p.m. and again on Thursday morning from 7-8 a.m. Once inside the building, you will need to push your materials through Exhibit Hall B to the freight elevator to take you to the MBMTC Exhibit Hall on the second floor.
There is no parking in the loading dock area, so once you’ve unloaded, you will need to move your vehicle to a parking garage. We recommend using the Goodale Garage or the North Surface Lot, both located on Goodale St. between High St. and Convention Center Dr. and labelled on the MAP. If you plan on attending our Welcome Reception on Wednesday, we recommend parking in the Vine St. Garage at 45 Vine St. – this will allow you to park once for both the conference and the reception.
We will provide all exhibitors with one parking pass on Wed., Oct. 2 and one parking pass on Thurs., Oct. 3. These passes can be used at any Convention Center garage or the North Surface Lot.
Load-in at the North Entrance Drop-Off
Recommended for exhibitors with smaller displays and boxes. You may temporarily park and unload your vehicle at the North Entrance Drop-off zone, located on Goodale St. between High St. and Convention Center Dr. Click HERE to view an area map detailing this location.
Moving carts will NOT be provided at this location, so you will need to bring your own. Both passenger and freight elevators are available on the first floor to transport your materials to the MBMTC Exhibit Hall on the second floor.

Move-Out Schedule
The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Our afternoon Exhibitor Showcase and luncheon will take place from 12 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Please do not begin tear-down of your booth until the Exhibit Hall closes at 2:30 p.m. All tear-down must be completed by 5 p.m.
Load-Out Using Outbound Shipping
All exhibitors using outbound shipping after the conference will need to complete an outbound bill of lading, which can be completed in the Fern OneView portal by locating the “Outbound Bill of Lading” section along the righthand column on your Dashboard.
If you’re shipping with Fern, a representative will print and provide a copy of your bill of lading and outbound shipping labels to your booth on-site. After the show, you will need to deliver your bill of lading to the Fern Exhibitor Service Desk, and you may leave your boxed materials at your booth.
If you are using your own carrier, please make arrangements to have them pick up your shipment from the Short North Ballroom no later than 4 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3. Please be sure to have appropriate shipping labels completed and attached to your items. You will also need to complete a bill of lading for Fern, unless you intend to stay with your shipment until it is picked up. Items not picked up by the time Fern departs from the GCCC will be taken back to their warehouse for pick-up.
Small packages under 70lbs may also be shipped via FedEx or UPS by visiting the GCCC Guest Services Center in the Main Concourse near Exhibit Hall A.
Load-Out With Own Vehicle
If you are taking your booth display with your vehicle, you may load-out at the GCCC’s Loading Dock 19, at the North Entrance Drop-Off zone, or by loading your materials into your vehicle at your parking space.
