Join us on October 2-3 in Columbus at MBMTC 2024 and share your products with broadcast engineers and multimedia professionals from five states!

The Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Pennsylvania broadcasters associations are excited to welcome engineers from our states for an event full of networking, educational programming, and our Exhibitor Showcase.

Exhibitor Showcase

The centerpiece of MBMTC is the Exhibitor Showcase and luncheon, which provides companies with ample opportunity for face-to-face time with those interested in learning more about your products and services, and to demonstrate equipment or software in person.

Exhibitor Registration Rates

Exhibitor registration rates are as follows:

• $570 – Premium Booth Early Bird ($600 after June 28)
• $520 – Standard Booth Early Bird ($550 after June 28)

Premium booths are priced based on their proximity to high-traffic areas, including main entry and food/beverage stations. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-received basis.

Each booth registration includes two full conference staff registrations. The fee for additional attendees from an exhibiting company is $40/person. Sublet Exhibitors

Shared exhibit space is permitted, but the primary vendor must be registered at the full booth rate. The sublet booth fee is $230 and includes one full conference staff registration. Limit of one sublet company per booth.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of booth space will be accepted with no penalty until Friday, Aug. 30. Cancellations received after Aug. 30 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Friday, Sept. 13 and no-shows are non-refundable.
