Exhibitor Registration for MBMTC 2025 is NOW OPEN!

Join us on September 24-25 in Columbus at MBMTC 2025 and share your products with broadcast engineers and multimedia professionals from around the Midwest!

Exhibitor Showcase

The centerpiece of MBMTC is the Exhibitor Showcase and luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 25, which provides companies with ample opportunity for face-to-face time with those interested in learning more about your products and services, and to demonstrate equipment or software in person.

Exhibitor Registration Rates

Exhibitor registration rates are as follows:
• $650 – Premium Booth ($685 after July 25)
• $590 – Standard Booth ($625 after July 25)

Early bird registration rates are available until Friday, July 25, 2025.

Premium booths are priced based on their proximity to high-traffic areas, including main entry and food/beverage stations. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-received basis.

Each booth registration includes two full conference staff registrations. The fee for additional attendees from an exhibiting company is $45/person. Sublet Exhibitors

Shared exhibit space is permitted, but the primary vendor must be registered at the full booth rate. The sublet booth fee is $265 and includes one full conference staff registration. Limit of one sublet company per booth.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of booth space will be accepted with no penalty until Wednesday, August 13. Cancellations received after August 13 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Wednesday, August 27 and no-shows are non-refundable.

Exhibitor Logistics
