EXHIBITOR LOGISTICS

Thank you to the companies exhibiting at MBMTC 2025 on Sept. 24-25, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center! We’re looking forward to a great event. Here is some information regarding this year’s show that may be useful for your planning purposes:

Schedule

Wednesday, Sept. 24:
• Exhibitor registration and move-in – Greater Columbus Convention Center
• Welcome Reception for attendees and exhibitors – location TBD

Thursday, Sept. 25:
• MBMTC 2025 – Greater Columbus Convention Center

Conference Location

The MBMTC 2025 Exhibit Hall will be located in the Short North Ballroom on the second floor in the north end of the Greater Columbus Convention Center, located at 400 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43215. This is the same location as the 2024 Exhibit Hall.

Hotel Information

We have reserved a room block available to all exhibitors at the Hampton Inn & Suites located across from the Convention Center:

Hampton Inn & Suites – 501 N High St. Columbus, OH 43215
Room Rate: $184/night for Double Queen or King Standard, $209/night for King Suite. Rooms are available for the nights of Sept. 23-25.
Reservation Deadline: Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025.
Reservation Instructions: Reservations can be made online with the group booking link: group.hamptoninn.com/tmzk9g. Make sure to select your stay dates on the booking page in order to view room availability, as shown HERE.

Booth Materials Provided

Exhibit booths are 10′ x 10′ and will automatically be supplied with the following items:

• 8′ high blue and gray background drapery
• 3′ high gray siderail drapery
• One ID sign with company name and booth number
• One 8′ long x 2′ x 30″ high table; skirted on three sides in blue
• Two sled-base chairs
• One wastebasket
• Standard electrical service (5 amps)
• Wireless internet connection

Additional booth furnishings and labor services are available for purchase from our exhibit services provider Fern.

Exhibit booths are limited to one company per booth, unless you have made prior arrangements with the OAB to share space.

Meals

All exhibitors are welcome to join us for food and drinks at the MBMTC Welcome Reception the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 24. Location will be announced closer to the event.

We will provide breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks throughout the day inside the Exhibit Hall the day of the conference on Thursday, Sept. 25. Food is available for both attendees and all exhibit staff.

Parking

We will provide parking passes for all exhibitors that can be used at all GCCC lots. More information on parking will be provided closer to the event.

Complimentary Guest Passes

We’re pleased to provide all exhibitors with complimentary guest passes to allow potential clients to visit your booth at the conference. More information will be provided closer to the event.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Promote your message and increase your visibility with radio, television and IT engineers from around the Midwest by exploring our unique sponsorship opportunities! Please contact the OAB’s Andy Hartzell if you’re interested in becoming a sponsor.

Door Prizes

Door prizes are an MBMTC tradition that our attendees greatly enjoy, and we appreciate the contributions of our exhibitors! We’ll have drawings for door prizes during the event. If you’re able to contribute an item or two, please contact Mariah West. We appreciate your support.

Fern Exhibitor Services

Fern is the exhibit service provider for the MBMTC. Closer to the event, exhibitors will receive an e-mail invitation to Fern’s portal, where you can access your exhibitor kit, and order various extra services, including A/V, labor, booth furnishings, and shipping.

Shipping Your Booth Materials

Shipping information will be provided closer to the event.

Move In/Move Out

Move-in/out information and daily schedules will be provided closer to the event.

Accessibility

If you need assistance in getting around the convention center, contact Mariah West., who can make arrangements for you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of booth space will be accepted with no penalty until Wednesday, August 13. Cancellations received after Aug. 13 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Wednesday, August 27 and no-shows are non-refundable.
