Thank you to the companies exhibiting at MBMTC 2024 on Oct. 2-3, 2024, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center! We’re looking forward to a great event. Here is some information regarding this year’s show that may be useful for your planning purposes:

Schedule

Wednesday, Oct. 2:
2 p.m. – 5 p.m.: Exhibitor registration and move-in – Greater Columbus Convention Center
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Welcome Reception for attendees and exhibitors

Thursday, Oct. 3:
MBMTC 2024 – Greater Columbus Convention Center
7 a.m. – 8 a.m.: Final exhibitor set-up
8 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Exhibit Hall open with dedicated time during lunch
2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Exhibitor move-out

Conference Location

The MBMTC 2024 Exhibit Hall will be located in the Short North Ballroom on the second floor in the north end of the Greater Columbus Convention Center, located at 400 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43215. This is the same location as the 2023 Exhibit Hall.

Booth Materials Provided

Exhibit booths are 10′ x 10′ and will automatically be supplied with the following items:

• 8′ high blue and gray background drapery
• 3′ high gray siderail drapery
• One ID sign with company name and booth number
• One 6′ long x 2′ x 30″ high table; skirted on three sides in blue
• Two sled-base chairs
• One wastebasket
• Standard electrical service (5 amps)
• Wireless internet connection

Additional booth furnishings and labor services are available for purchase from our exhibit services provider Fern.

Exhibit booths are limited to one company per booth, unless you have made prior arrangements with the OAB to share space.

Fern Exhibitor Services

All companies’ primary contacts will received an email from Fern Exhibitor Services inviting you to “Get Started” in their OneView Exhibitor Portal. Once logged into OneView, you will be able to access your exhibitor kit and order various extra services, including shipping, A/V, labor, and booth furnishings. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders for this email if you are unable to locate it (domain is @fernexpo.com).

Move In/Move Out

The Exhibit Hall will be open to exhibitors for set-up Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 2-5 p.m., and again on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 7 a.m. All set-up should be completed by 8 a.m. on Thursday morning. Click HERE for full instructions on move-in/out and parking information.

Parking

We will provide a parking pass for parking garages and lots marked with a “P” on this area map. We recommend you park in the Goodale Garage (or the adjacent North Surface Lot for larger vehicles), which can be accessed at 66 E. Goodale St. If you plan to attend our Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, we recommend parking in the Vine St. Garage at 45 Vine St., which is a short walk to both the conference and the reception. When you enter the garage, pull a ticket and we will provide you with a validation voucher to use when you exit.

If you are staying at a hotel on Wednesday night, please move your vehicle to the hotel parking area for the night.

Wednesday Welcome Reception

All conference attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are invited to join us for networking, food, and drinks at our conference Welcome Reception on Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Moran’s Bar & Grille. The reception is included with conference registration.

Hotel Information

Our MBMTC room blocks at the Graduate by Hilton Columbus and Hampton Inn & Suites have closed for reservations. If you still need a room, you can contact the hotels directly for a reservation. If you have difficulty getting a reservation, please contact the OAB and we will assist you.

Shipping Your Booth Materials

We strongly encourage exhibitors to ship their booth materials in advance of the conference. The MBMTC 2024 Exhibit Hall will be in the Short North Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the convention center. Fern will have staff and carts to assist exhibitors who bring their booth materials, but it will be a bit of a hike.

Please note that the Greater Columbus Convention Center will not accept advanced shipments for our conference. Therefore, if you are shipping any materials, it is required that they are delivered to our show manager Fern’s warehouse ahead of the event.

Fern will accept material shipments to their warehouse until Monday, Sept. 30, and will then deliver materials from their warehouse to your booth on Oct. 2 (move-in day).

We recommend using Fern’s shipping services to transport your materials, however you do have the additional option of shipping using your own carrier.

Meals

All exhibitors are welcome to join us for food and drinks at the MBMTC Welcome Reception the evening of Wednesday, Oct. 2.

We will provide a continental breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks throughout the day inside the Exhibit Hall the day of the conference on Thursday, Oct. 3. Food is available for both attendees and all exhibit staff.

Complimentary Guest Passes

We’re pleased to provide all exhibitors with complimentary guest passes to allow potential clients to visit your booth at the conference on Oct. 3. These passes will cover the $35 fee for our exhibit only registration option. Anyone wishing to attend the conference sessions may apply the $35 discount towards a full-price registration of $55-$80 as well. By now, you should have received an email from Mariah West including the promo code to activate the guest pass. Please contact us if you need the code.

Door Prizes

We’ll have drawings for door prizes during breakfast and our closing session. If you’re able to contribute an item or two, please contact Mariah West. We appreciate your support.

Sublet Exhibitors

Shared exhibit space is permitted, but the primary vendor must be registered at the full booth rate. The sublet booth fee is $230 and includes one full conference staff registration. Limit of one sublet company per booth.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of booth space will be accepted with no penalty until Friday, Aug. 30. Cancellations received after Aug. 30 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Friday, Sept. 13 and no-shows are non-refundable.
