ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in attending MBMTC 2024 on Oct. 2-3, 2024, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center! We’re looking forward to a great event. Below is some information regarding this year’s show that may be useful for your planning purposes.

Conference Location

MBMTC 2024 will be in located in the north end on the second floor of the Greater Columbus Convention Center at 400 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43215. The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Short North Ballroom, with our sessions being held in nearby breakout rooms. This is the same location as MBMTC 2023.

Schedule

Wednesday, Oct. 2:
1:30 p.m.: Registration opens
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Concurrent sessions
5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Welcome Reception for attendees and exhibitors

Thursday, Oct. 3:
8:00 a.m.: Registration and Exhibit Hall opens
9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: General and concurrent sessions
12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Exhibitor Showcase and luncheon

Wednesday Welcome Reception

All conference attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are invited to join us for networking, food, and drinks at our conference Welcome Reception on Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Moran’s Bar & Grille at 415 N. Hotel Information

Our MBMTC room blocks at the Graduate by Hilton Columbus and Hampton Inn & Suites have closed for reservations. If you still need a room, you can contact the hotels directly for a reservation. If you have difficulty getting a reservation, please contact the OAB and we will assist you.

Parking

We will provide one parking pass for each day of the conference for parking garages and lots marked with a “P” on this area map. Specifically for the Welcome Reception, we recommend parking in the Vine St. Garage at 45 Vine St., and marked on the map. If you are attending our MBMTC 2024 sessions on Wed. afternoon, we also encourage you to park in the Vine St. Garage., which is a short walk to both the conference and the reception. Click HERE to see the number of available spots in all Convention Center garages.

When you enter the garage, pull a ticket and we will provide you with a validation voucher to use when you exit.

Please note there is quite a bit of building and road construction in the area surrounding the convention center. The convention center, hotels and reception location on Wed. are all within a couple of blocks of each other. If possible, we encourage you to park once on Wed. and plan to walk.

If you are staying at a hotel on Wednesday night, please move your vehicle to the hotel parking area for the night.

Meals

Your registration includes continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Oct. 3.

Door Prizes

Don’t miss your opportunity to win one of our many door prizes that will be given away throughout the conference! You must be present to win. Prizes will be awarded via random drawing – make sure to bring your business cards!

Accessibility

If you need assistance in getting around the convention center, contact the OAB’s Mariah West.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will be accepted with a full refund through Friday, Sept. 20. Cancellations after Sept. 20 will NOT be refunded. We will accept attendee substitutions until the conference on Oct. 2-3. To cancel your registration, please follow the link provided in your registration confirmation email, or contact the OAB’s Mariah West.
