ATTENDEE INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in attending MBMTC 2025 on Sept. 24-25 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center! We’re looking forward to a great event. Below is some information regarding this year’s show that may be useful for your planning purposes.
Conference Location
MBMTC 2025 will be in located in the north end on the second floor of the Greater Columbus Convention Center at 400 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43215. The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Short North Ballroom, with our sessions being held in nearby breakout rooms. This is the same location as MBMTC 2023 & 2024.

Wednesday, Sept. 24:
1:30 p.m.: Registration opens
2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Concurrent sessions
5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Welcome Reception for attendees and exhibitors
Thursday, Sept. 25:
8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.: Registration and breakfast
8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Exhibitor Showcase open to attendees
9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.: General and concurrent sessions
12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Luncheon

Wednesday Welcome Reception
All conference attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are invited to join us for casual networking, food, and drinks at our Welcome Reception the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 24. The reception is included with conference registration. Location will be announced soon.
Hotel Information
We have reserved a room block available to all exhibitors at the Hampton Inn & Suites located across from the Convention Center:
Hampton Inn & Suites – 501 N High St. Columbus, OH 43215
• Room Rate: $184/night for Double Queen or King Standard, $209/night for King Suite. Rooms are available for the nights of Sept. 23-25.
• Reservation Deadline: Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025.
• Reservation Instructions: Reservations can be made online with the group booking link: group.hamptoninn.com/tmzk9g. Make sure to select your stay dates on the booking page in order to view room availability, as shown HERE.
Parking
We will provide one parking pass for each day of the conference for parking garages and lots marked with a “P” on THIS MAP. We recommend parking in the Goodale Garage at 70 E. Goodale St. There is a connector on the 3rd floor of the garage to the 2nd floor of the convention center, which is where MBMTC 2025 will be. When you enter the garage, pull a ticket and we will provide you with a validation voucher to use when you exit.
If you are staying at a hotel on Wednesday night, please move your vehicle to the hotel parking area for the night.
Meals
Your registration includes light refreshments & snacks at the Convention Center on Wednesday, Sept. 24, and appetizers at the Welcome Reception that evening. We will provide continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Sept. 25.
Door Prizes
Don’t miss your opportunity to win one of our many door prizes that will be given away throughout the conference! You must be present to win. Prizes will be awarded via random drawing – make sure to bring your business cards!
Accessibility

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will be accepted with a full refund through Friday, Sept. 12. Cancellations after Sept. 12 will NOT be refunded. We will accept attendee substitutions until the conference on Sept. 24-25. To cancel or update your registration, please follow the link provided in your registration confirmation email, or contact the OAB’s Mariah West.
