ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in attending MBMTC 2025 on Sept. 24-25 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center! We’re looking forward to a great event. Below is some information regarding this year’s show that may be useful for your planning purposes.

Conference Location

MBMTC 2025 will be in located in the north end on the second floor of the Greater Columbus Convention Center at 400 N. High St., Columbus, OH 43215. The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Short North Ballroom, with our sessions being held in nearby breakout rooms. This is the same location as MBMTC 2023 & 2024.

Wednesday Welcome Reception

All conference attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are invited to join us for casual networking, appetizers, and drinks at our Welcome Reception the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 24 at Gaswerks at 487 Park St. The reception is included with conference registration.

Hotel Information

Our MBMTC room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites has closed for reservations. If you still need a room, you can contact the hotel directly for a reservation. If you have difficulty getting a reservation, please contact the OAB and we will assist you.

Parking

We will provide one parking pass for each day of the conference for parking garages and lots marked with a “P” on THIS MAP. We recommend parking in the Goodale Garage at 70 E. Goodale St. There is a connector on the 3rd floor of the garage to the 2nd floor of the convention center, which is where MBMTC 2025 will be. Click HERE to see the number of available spots in all Convention Center garages.

When you enter the garage, pull a ticket and we will provide you with a validation voucher to use when you exit.

Please note – our validation will not cover overnight parking. If you are staying at a hotel, please move your vehicle to the hotel parking area for the night.

Meals

Your registration includes light refreshments & snacks at the Convention Center on Wednesday,  Sept. 24, and appetizers at the Welcome Reception that evening. We will provide continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Sept. 25.

Accessibility

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will be accepted with a full refund through Friday, Sept. 12. Cancellations after Sept. 12 will NOT be refunded. We will accept attendee substitutions until the conference on Sept. 24-25. To cancel or update your registration, please follow the link provided in your registration confirmation email, or contact the OAB’s Mariah West.
