We are now seeking proposals for MBMTC 2025
conference breakout sessions!

MBMTC 2025 will be held on Sept. 24-25 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The conference features a full schedule of educational sessions for engineers and multimedia professionals, along with our Exhibitors’ Showcase.
We will be hosting two days of sessions, with longer one-hour sessions taking place on Weds., Sept. 24, and shorter breakout sessions on Thursday, Sept. 25.
Below are topics of interest identified by our program committee, however, we welcome proposals for other topics that may be relevant for our attendees:

• Back to basics: engineering & RF
• Capital project best practices
• Studio/facility consolidation
• Staying on-air during failures
• TV and/or radio cloud broadcasting
• Recruiting & onboarding engineers
• Project management
• ATSC 3.0 demo
• Containers & virtualization
• FAA NOTAM updates
• In-car radio dashboards
• Artificial intelligence
• Setting up an AOIP network for WNIP or Livewire
• Tower maintenance
• SNMP option for TV and radio sites
As a reminder, all presentations should be educational in nature and provide attendees with focused content that can be applied in their work. Sales presentations or those promoting a specific company or product are not permitted.
The deadline to submit presentation proposals is Friday, May 30. The program committee will review all proposals received and submitters will be notified of their status in late June.
